Happy Single's Awareness Day!

Hey guys, so I decided to play around with Pixlr's Valentine's Day filters and this is what came of it. It's kind of cute, I guess.

Even though Valentine's Day falls on a weekend, I'm stuck working so when some of you read this I will likely be mucking out dirty hotel rooms and probably tossing condom wrappers, but I intend to treat myself afterwards. Maybe a hot bath, maybe some fancy chocolate, definitely some sparkling juice (no wine, I don't wanna go to work with a hangover) and a raunchy vampire novel perhaps. Go big or go home, right?

I won't be seeing my musician for a while, he's busy working now too and until we've both stockpiled some funds for hanging out we're sort of incommunicado. Who knows...by the time we can afford to see each other we may not even want to anymore.

So yes, this year is definitely a day to be aware of just how single I am and just how little that upsets me. It's an interesting plot twist in the narrative of my life novel.
